Cancellation Policy

As a result of the need to purchase resources and the having to, at times, turn potential participants away due to full sessions, the following fee structure is in place:

• 7 day notification of non-attendance – no fee charged

• 3-6 days notification - $25 fee will be charged

• Less than 3 days notice of non-attendance or no show – full fees are payable and will be invoiced accordingly
